Typically you’d want to change SMS providers if you want to switch all your current workflows without modifying them. Follow these instructions to switch.

#Prerequisites

• You must link the HighLevel integration and install the Blooio app in HighLevel.
• You Must be the agency admin to change the SMS provider of the sub-account. HighLevel won’t let you change the SMS provider unless you’re the agency admin.
