Account Age is how many days this number has been active and sending messages.
- New: 0–14 days
- Warming up: 15–45 days
- Mature: 45+ days
#Why it matters
New numbers are heavily scrutinized. Pushing high volume too early is one of the fastest ways to get flagged.
#Warmup guidelines
- Days 1–7: 30–50 messages/day max
- Days 8–14: 50–100 messages/day
- Days 15–30: 100–180 messages/day
- Days 30–45: 180–250 messages/day
- After 45 days: you can stabilize in your target range as long as reply rates stay healthy
