Account Age is how many days this number has been active and sending messages.

• New: 0–14 days
• Warming up: 15–45 days
• Mature: 45+ days

#Why it matters

New numbers are heavily scrutinized. Pushing high volume too early is one of the fastest ways to get flagged.

#Warmup guidelines

• Days 1–7: 30–50 messages/day max
• Days 8–14: 50–100 messages/day
• Days 15–30: 100–180 messages/day
• Days 30–45: 180–250 messages/day
• After 45 days: you can stabilize in your target range as long as reply rates stay healthy

#How to improve this metric

• Avoid attaching brand-new numbers to your largest campaigns
• Ramp slowly, especially in the first 30 days
• Mix inbound traffic (people messaging you first) to build a healthy history
