This guide helps you get the best results on Blooio (higher reply rates, safer sending, fewer “green number” issues).
Blooio is strongest when you treat every message like a real 1:1 conversation.
What to do on Blooio:
Your first text should usually be 1–2 lines.

When you text a lead for the first time, start with a short intro:
“Hi {FirstName} — this is {YourName} from {Company}.”
Why: This helps iOS recognize you as a real contact, so future texts/calls are more trusted.
Important: You only need this intro once per lead. After that, continue naturally.
If a lead just opted in (form fill, inbound lead, etc.), timing matters.
Best window: 3–7 minutes after opt-in
The first reply unlocks better deliverability + trust + conversion.
Ask something that can be answered with a quick “yes/no” or 1–2 words.

Your phone number can lose iMessage ability (go “green”) if you don’t follow best practices or if recipients mark you as junk.
